Purchase, Returns & Exchanges


A7 Asia does not have a physical store. Self-collection of orders or trying of apparel are both strictly by appointment only.

With effect from 22nd July 2019, A7 Asia will cease to accept cash on collection for all orders. Kindly make your purchases via our website at



There are strictly no refunds for singlets, knee sleeves, and wrist wraps due to hygiene reasons. 

1.1     We will only refund an item if it was already defective or damaged. Do contact us immediately or within 3 days of receiving your item with a photo of the defect. We can provide either a full refund or give store credit. We will also require you to return the damaged item to us for verification. 

1.2     Once we have done an inspection of the return product, an email will be sent to notify you that we have approved of the request for refund. Your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within 14 days.

1.3     Specially customized items and gift cards are non-refundable.

1.4     Shipping costs for refunds:

Shipping costs are non-refundable. Upon receiving a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund. You will also be required to pay for the shipping fees to have the new item delivered to you.


1.5     Late or missing refunds:

Check your bank account within 48 hours to find out if the refund has been processed. If you have yet to receive the refund, contact your credit card company and/or bank to find out if more time is required to officially process the refund.

There are strictly no exchanges for singlets and knee sleeves due to hygiene reasons.

2.1     If you are not satisfied with the fitting of your item, contact us for an exchange of size - depending on availability. Take note that the item must not be damaged or defective to begin with.

2.2     To be eligible for an exchange, your item must be a) unused b) in its original packaging with the tag intact. You can only exchange the item for a different size. We will not provide exchanges for items that have been used or trained in due to hygiene reasons.

2.3     Specially customized items and apparel are non-exchangeable.

2.4     To complete your exchange, we require a receipt or proof of purchase within 7 days. Any exchange done beyond 7 days will not be accepted.

2.5    Kindly refrain from sending your purchase back to the manufacturer.

2.6     Shipping costs for exchanges:

We will not be responsible for the shipping costs incurred in returning your item. You will also be required to pay for the shipping fees to have the new item delivered.
